    Jason: “What features led to your decision to purchase this home?”

    Seller: “We loved the layout of the home.  When we walked in we immediately noticed how bright and open it was.  We love the area and the fact that is so close to the mall, Publix and amazing schools.  We appreciated the fact that the home was located in a well maintained subdivision with no HOA fees.”

    Jason: “How would you describe the floor plan?”

    Seller: “The floor plan is great. It’s very open and bright. There’s lots of natural light. It’s a split floor plan with large rooms and large closets. The master is huge with an amazing walk in closet. The kitchen looks into the living room which is great for entertaining. There is lots of counter space and an eat in. The kitchen flows well to the screened in back porch, a great area for relaxing with family and friends. There is also a beautiful formal dining room.     Jason: “Was the original emotion you felt for the floor plan and location validated after your 1 year anniversary in the home?”

    Seller: “Absolutely! We still love this house and the floor plan. We love being so close to everything, such as great schools, the Eastern Shore Centre mall, great grocery stores, Eastern Shore Lanes bowling alley, gym, movie theater, restaurants, a 5 min drive to the interstate and so much more.”

    Jason: “What are your favorite spaces in the home?”

    Seller: “We spend a lot of time in the kitchen, it’s open to everything. We also love being out front playing with our son and socializing with the great neighbors around us.”

    Jason: “Have you made any improvements to the home?”

    Seller: “We have installed gutters all the way around the home, added a privacy fence and screened in the back porch and added a ceiling fan.     Jason: “Any interests or hobbies you and your family enjoy in close proximity to the home?”

    Seller: “We love spending time outdoors as a family.  We have a boat and the subdivision allows boat parking, so it is super easy for us to back up and head out for a day on the water together.  There are so many places to explore by boat, from Blakeley River to the Gulf of Mexico.  We also enjoy going kayaking on Styx River, which is about a 15 minute drive east on Interstate 10.”  (Local Boat Launch Info)

    Seller: “Our electric bill averages $120 in the winter and $150 in the summertime.  Water, sewer, gas and trash average $100 a month.”
