Phoenix on the Bay II is one of my favorite condo developments on the Alabama Gulf Coast. If I were in the market for a condo, my focus would primarily be on Orange Beach, as I love boating and only Orange Beach offers boat access condo developments with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, inshore fishing in our back bay areas and popular local hangouts, like Pirates Cove and Robinson Island. Phoenix on the Bay is ideal for boaters but also offers some of the most extensive property amenities that you will find, with indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, water slides and kids splash pool. In addition to fun amenities and the marina, I also like the location down Canal Road, where the congestion of seasonal traffic tends to slow down and the surroundings seem to transform back to what once was a sleepy little beach town on the gulf coast.
