How is the traffic down County Road 12?
Over the last 8 years, we have noticed a slight increase in traffic, yet it has never been a problem for us. We notice no road noise and the speed limit of 35 mph is strictly enforced. The traffic is slight enough to avoid issues with backing out of the driveway onto a county road. We have been told that our section of County Road 12 is scheduled to be resurfaced in the near future, with a bike path to also be added.
How much are your utilities?
Our house is totally electric and our bills average between $135 and $145 per month. The highest bill we ever received was $245 and the lowest was $78. Baldwin County Sewer Service runs $32.50 per month after your initial service connection fee, which we believe is around $100 or less. Our water, garbage and yard debris removal services are all handled by Riviera Utilities and the fee ranges from $25 to $35 per month based on our usage.
Do you have a current termite contract in place?
Yes, we have maintained a contract with Terminix over the years and have never had a issue with termites since we have owned the property. Our contract with Terminix is transferable and the contract comes up for annual renewal in November at a cost of $285.
