This adds a level of privacy not found in your typical floor plan, which I think parents will greatly appreciate. I love a a traditional wood burning fireplace, with attractive mantel and floor to ceiling brick and this home has just that, to include a custom heart pine mantel. The fireplace is the focal point of the great room and creates a very inviting living space for the whole family to enjoy.
In terms of location, here are few nuggets of information that I think our active Fairhope homebuyers will appreciate.
