As one of my closest friends who is from Fairhope puts it… “Mosley road in Fairhope is like a hidden gem. Not many people know about it but it feels like you are way out in the country when you are driving down County Road 13 next to the acres of rolling land with hundreds of cows as far as the eye can see.” That’s where Roundhouse Road is. The seller is the builder and he and his wife chose this lot because it sat in a old pecan orchard; Fairhope is famous for its beautiful pecan orchards and this provided a nice backdrop. They bought the lot years before ever building on it and finally got to build this home in 2015. Schools were a big factor in their decision. They noted, “whether public or private is your preference, you were good either way as the neighborhood is zoned for Fairhope Schools. Most of the time you will find this couple in the living room/kitchen area, because of the open space that allows for easy entertaining and family time. One of the things they love the most is the convenience to everything this location has to offer.
