Seller: “We loved the location; we grew up in the great little community of Silverhill. The house is located on a great street with great neighbors, and within walking distance of everything. We walk to the kids’ park, the post office, friends’ and families’ homes, or just for exercise. It’s a safe and quiet street close to many things we use on a daily basis.”
Agent: Were schools a factor in your decision to purchase this home?
Seller: “My wife is a certified teacher so we actually home school, but Silverhill is known for its great schools.”
Agent: What have become your top 5-10 favorite features of the home?

Seller: “There were a lot of mixed emotions about selling our home. We love our house. It is so well laid out and we love our outdoor space.
