The house is in stellar condition and the location is a nice compliment, as it is fantastically close to the Eastern Shore Centre, Interstate 10 and the top rated Spanish Fort School System, which draws families from all across Baldwin County for its commitment to excellence in both academics and athletics.  You can be on the interstate headed to work in either Mobile or Pensacola in under 10 minutes and if you are commuting to Downtown Mobile, plan on about a 25 minute commute in ideal weather conditions.   Being north of I-10 also offers some slight relief in your annual insurance premiums, that are a small price to pay in return of the gulf coastal lifestyle, yet this is expense is offset by the super affordable property taxes and generally low cost of living across the South Alabama region.
