Creating an "Above & Beyond" Customer Service Experience!
Charlotte Owensby was born in Birmingham, AL and grew up in Trussville, with her sister and three brothers. She was very active young woman as a member of the cheerleading squad, as well as excelling in both basketball and track in high school. Her parents relocated the family to Blount County during her sophomore year, where she would meet and fall in love with her soul mate, Danny.
Charlotte has a strong work ethic, a virtue she gained early on in life from the example of her parents. She began babysitting at age 13, as well as helping her mother, who owned a daycare. By age 15, she was a checkout girl at the local grocery store in Locust Fork. As fate would have it, Danny was the grocery sacker. Danny also played football for Locust Fork High and Charlotte was right there on the sidelines with the cheer squad.
Charlotte was actually the first girl that Danny ever took out on a real date and the couple has been virtually inseparable ever since. After graduation, Danny began his career in the steel industry, while Charlotte worked as a cosmetologist. They would get married in 1990 and became parents to a baby boy, Roman, three years later. After, Roman's first birthday Charlotte decided to stay home and be a full-time mom. Four years later Danny and Charlotte welcomed their daughter, Hope, to the family. Charlotte relishes motherhood to this day and feels very blessed to have been able to spend so much quality time with them during their formative years.
When Charlotte was ready to re-enter the workforce, she sought out a career that was both rewarding and flexible. Being able to schedule time off for her son's basketball games and her daughters cheerleading events was a must. Her brother was thriving with Keller Williams Realty in Trussville and she had quite a few Realtor friends who encouraged her to give the profession a shot. Danny accepted a position with Thyssenkrupp in 2010, that required the family to move from Blount County south to the Mobile area. Roman knew the basketball coach for Daphne High School and Charlotte's brother lived in Spanish Fort, thus the family decided to settle in Daphne. Today, Roman is completing a degree in mathematics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Hope is currently a freshman at Faulkner State Community College in Fairhope, preparing for a career in nursing.
Charlotte's fresh start in Baldwin County has taken her real estate career to the next level, as she is a thriving as both a listing and selling agent for Jason Will Real Estate, covering communities from Interstate 65 to the Gulf of Mexico. She loves the nuts and bolts of the real estate transaction, is a skilled negotiator and prides herself on her ability to solve the problems that often stand in the way of a win-win deal at the closing table. She is passionate about being able to make the process as stress free as possible for her customers and prides herself on the close relationships she has built along the years, considering many of her past clients as family.
When she is not busy helping her buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, you won't find her far from her beloved family. Charlotte remains as devoted as ever to her two children, explaining to me with a smile on her face that "Everything she does is for them!" They absolutely love attending City Hope Church on Sunday's and Charlotte has always had a special place in her heart for Jesus, serving those in her community in need for as long as she can remember.
If you are looking for a principled Realtor, with strong family values, a biblical foundation and the drive to go above and beyond for her clients, then I highly recommend giving Charlotte Owensby both your loyalty and your trust!
