Missouri Native Turned Realtor on the Eastern Shore Ashley Williams is a natural fit for the high demands of serving her clients in the important choice of becoming homeowners. Her motivation is best displayed by her larger than life personality mixed with a goal of making every client a friend for life! When asked what made her want to get into real estate, her answer was “Satisfaction and Joy.” She enjoys and is passionate about helping people in a major milestone in their life. Whether that is buying your first home or finding that perfect vacation home on the Gulf Coast, her goal is to make the experience everything it should live up to be. This is shared due to her own story of relocating here from a small town in Senath, Missouri. Ashley has four children, Presley, Braden, who currently go to Daphne High School and twins, Gatlin and Landy. Ashley was a licensed cosmetologist for 18 years and owned her own business for over five years. Her and her family are the perfect example of the influx of new residents we have seen in this area in the past 5 years. This is a huge motivation behind her goal of making every new member of the community feel welcome and excited to call this wonderful area home! Fortunately, she was welcomed to the area by our very own Diana Will of JPAR Coast and County. Diana was her agent and made the process of buying a home easy even when she had to bring all 4 kids along for the ride! This experience motivates her to make sure every client she serves has the same experience when moving here as well. She wants to be the agent that puts her clients in touch with the people within the community that help with transitions of schools, jobs, and community organizations. Because she experience this with her home buying process, she “wants to be that someone to everyone else.” Not only does she stay busy as a mom and realtor on the Eastern Shore, but Ashley is also a member of 3 Circle church. She has also participated in the past with an organization called La Femme Club that thrives on community betterment and empowering female leadership.
