Kristi moved to Fairhope in June 2011 after a weekend visit earlier that year for a family get together. She and her daughters knew when they drove down the Eastern Shore and into Fairhope that they had found a place to call home. Once settled, Kristi went about creating the life she desired for herself and her family.
Part of those efforts was the continuation of a career as a legal assistant, a career begun from a desire to help individuals at difficult points in their lives. Working with family law and estate attorneys, Kristi has been able to be an integral part of assisting clients to move forward in times of divorce, loss, and personal upheaval. Her interest in real estate was born out of these experiences, as she sought to find solutions for those navigating the complicated waters of dealing with estate properties and divorce settlements. Her knowledge of and experience with the legal aspects of these situations gives her an insight into the procedures, processes and timelines particular to these types of real estate negotiations. In that interest, Kristi has obtained her real estate license and joined the team at Jason Will Real Estate, specializing in estate and divorce properties, a unique niche in the Alabama Coastal real estate market.
Her background, vivacity, attention to detail and genuine desire to help others assure her clients that they are in capable, knowledgeable and trustworthy hands. When she is not working to better the quality of life for her clients, Kristi likes to spend time with friends and family. Her gypsy soul revels in camping and kayaking and in seeing new places and learning new things. She also enjoys refinishing furniture, cooking, and has a secret dream of raising alpacas. Well, now it is no secret, but the dream still holds allure. Her daughters, the oldest a freshman at the University of Montevallo, are creative, resilient, independent girls who are encouraged to be authentic and seek that which brings them peace and happiness, which is the true definition of success to Kristi.
