Real Estate can not be lost or stolen nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care it is about the safest investment in the world. - Franklin D. Roosevelt

My first impression of Mollie can be described in one word, infectious. Others might use words like precious, but it is her smile, her natural, somewhat random humor, and her ability to not take herself too seriously that makes her so much fun to be around. The combination of her vibrant personality with a savvy real estate mind is an ultimate recipe for success in our industry. We feel very privileged to have her here at Jason Will Real Estate.
Mollie was born in Jackson, Mississippi, the first born of what grew to be a family of 4 siblings. Two years later, with her father's medical schooling completed, her family relocated to the Madison Place neighborhood, then considered to be a part of the West Mobile residential community. She spent the majority of her formative years at St. Ignatius School, where she played a wide array of sports, from soccer to volleyball to cheer leading. She also spent many years participating in the Ballet and Jazz program at Sheffield School of Dance. Her passion was her school work. For Mollie, being an straight A-student and a member of the National Honor Society was most rewarding, that studious drive remains in her today.
Mollie attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School. Graduating at the top of her class, she earned a scholarship to the Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio. She developed life-long friendships among her freshman class, yet homesickness got the best of her. Mollie returned home to Mobile her sophomore year and enrolled in the psychology program at the University of South Alabama. It was at USA that she would meet and fall in love with her now husband, Elimar. After graduation in 2010, the couple would marry in the Little Flower Catholic Church in Midtown.
They wanted to start a family right away and soon their daughter, Sophie, was born. It was important for Mollie to be a stay-at-home mom with Sophie for the first few years. When the couple decided to move to the Eastern Shore and once Sophie started preschool, Mollie was ready to put her degree in psychology to work. She wanted a career, yet she also wanted to be able to pick her daughter up from school everyday. Being very personable, real estate seemed like the perfect fit. She would go on to earn her real estate salespersons license in the fall of 2014.
In addition to being a "people person'", Mollie takes a genuine interest in her client's occupations, their favorite recreational activities, as well as their goals and dreams. Having a deeper connection with her clients translates into a laser focused action plan to make their real estate needs a reality. While many agents would like to think of themselves as great negotiators, Mollie combines her background in psychology with a firm resolve to call the cooperating Realtor's bluff in order to earn the best deal for those who choose to hire her.
When she is not winning on the highly competitive, dynamic landscape of the real estate gridiron, you will find Mollie faithfully attending church every Sunday morning at her parish of Christ the King. Her faith and her family are her "Big Why!" She loves to take her daughter to the beach and spend Sundays after church around her parent's pool, who still reside in Mobile. Sophie now attends kindergarten in Fairhope and loves to play soccer and dance like her mom.
