Some people are very casual when it comes to signing papers that affect their finances for decades. But for those who recognize that small steps early in the game can affect major outcomes later, it's fortunate that there are professionals who dedicate themselves to learning about the process and local market conditions, and who can turn a nightmare of stress and confusion into a relatively painless experience (let's be honest).
Mallory was born and raised in beautiful Fairhope, Alabama. She developed a passion for dancing as a toddler and her natural talent was cultivated into a skilled art form with the guidance of the instruction she received at Creative Outlet Dance Center. Some of Mallory's fondest memories centered around her time as a cheerleader and dancer, even after relocating to Washington State at the age of 16. There she would attend W.F. West High School in Chehalis and remembers having to adjust to the liberal culture, a stark contrast to her conservative hometown.
After graduation, Mallory was hired by the Vancouver Cheer Academy, where her experience as a veteran dancer and cheerleader was utilized to choreograph cheerleading competition routines. A year later she was back in her home state to attend the University of Alabama, where she would earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Yet, life would relocate her west yet again, this time to San Antonio, where her career in real estate began. By 2010, Mallory co-owned a successful real estate investment company. She and her partner acquired real property deals in a down market, renovated and flipped them for handsome profits.
Her real estate speculation business would eventually run its course and all roads led back to Fairhope, where Mallory intended to use her expertise and track record of success to build a successful career as a local Realtor. Just as soon as her roots were once again firmly planted in Baldwin County soil, she began completing the necessary course work to obtain her real estate license and would pass the state exam in 2014. That same year, she married Derek White, a longtime friend and classmate.
Derek is a sought after general contractor in the area, specializing in residential renovations and the couple plans to combine their areas of expertise to capitalize on local investment opportunities. It will come as no surprise that Mallory's favorite aspect of the real estate business is working side by side with fellow investors. Making sure the numbers align to meet the financial goals of her clients, from negotiating the right deal to precise calculations of rehab costs, gives her a great sense of accomplishment.
When Mallory is not on the job site, she is busy helping her husband raise his two daughters. The girls share Mallory's love for dance and she finds great fulfillment in helping them develop in both cheer and gymnastics. Her primary hobby is fostering stray animals until she is able to place them in "forever homes." Derek and Mallory are also members of the Celebration Church in Fairhope and consider their Church as a second home.
